WellApr (SWPF)
SWPF-140 is a neutral pure phenolic resin, characterized by excellent alcohol solubility, fast-drying properties, good color retention, weather resistance, alkali resistance, water resistance, and wear resistance. It can also enhance the surface hardness of polyamide and other circuit board inks.
SWPF-110 and SWPF-125 are characterized by light color, high tackiness, high weather resistance, and good water resistance. They can be used in oil-based adhesives with CR, SIS, EVA, and acrylic as the base. These resins are suitable for double-sided tapes with PET, OPP, XPE, and other substrates, as well as for gravure printing inks using ethanol or other solvents.
SWPF-90 and SWPF-526 are thermoplastic alkylphenol formaldehyde resins that significantly increase the adhesive strength of chloroprene rubber. They exhibit good holding power, heat resistance, and stability. These resins are widely used in chloroprene rubber, spray adhesives, tire adhesives, and other fields, significantly enhancing the cohesive strength of adhesives.
Applications: SWCN-704 is an epoxy resin based on cresol formaldehyde resin, characterized by low softening point and high Tg. It exhibits excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, making it suitable for powder coatings, PCB inks, EMC encapsulation materials, and copper-clad laminates.
